Executive Summary:

The Blueprint Execution Plan is to create a high visibility media platform to promote the coalition of united organizations and their services to provide alternative solutions to Gun Violence, Mental Disorder and Substance Abuse. While simultaneously executing a targeted campaign primarily engaging the age demographic between 15 to 35 directly. To resolve & prevent situations from escalating with various conflict resolution and counseling techniques.

Mission Statement:

• To serve as a national model for transforming the negative atmosphere in Urban communities and giving individuals a sense of hope.  With a primary focus on the 15 to 35 demographic age group.
• To reduce mental health and substance abuse issues.
• To reduce violent crimes by implementing tactical measures to suppress and eliminate subversive agendas and hostile threats.
